Having enjoyed creating, drawing and doing handicrafts from an early age, I. Svirskaitė did not even question herself whether she had to choose art studies when leaving a secondary school. During his six years of bachelor's and master's studies, she studied various fields of art and pedagogy, and for six months she studied at the University of the Arts in Helsinki as a participant in the Erasmus program. During her studies the artist worked as a computer graphics illustrator, and following her studies she was engaged in the fields of design and advertising. In 2018, Indrė obtained a diploma of a ceramicist at the Vilnius Vocational Training Center of Technology and Business; she began carrying out her creative activities in the field of ceramics, and became a more active participant of joint art exhibitions. During educational activities, the artist helps participants to figure out how clay works revealing its possibilities, and to create exceptional pieces of art.
